DELIVERY/SHIPPING: We
aim to despatch most items promptly. However, as many of our
products are bespoke and are individually handmade by specialist
Designers and Craftsmen, delivery times will vary. All goods
are subject to availability.
When goods are ready for despatch,
delivery times are guaranteed 1 to 2 days for the UK, Western
Europe 3 to 5 days, Rest of the World 5 to 7 days. As all items
are sent by 'Priority Mail', typical delivery times will tend
to be at the low end of the guaranteed delivery times.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING (P & P):
We use both Domestic and International postal and carrier services
under contract, with the aim of providing delivery within a
reasonable time-frame and cost.
Packages sent to addresses throughout the
UK are subject to P & P charges of £4.00 (US$6.25),
Western Europe at £7.00 (US$10.90), USA, Canada,
Eastern Europe and the Rest of the World are charged at
£10.00 (US$15.60).
The decision whether to send packages by postal
or carrier services rests with The
Annabel Chaffer Collection. Apart from small
packages sent to addresses in the UK, all larger packages to
UK addresses, as well as all packages to any other destination
in the World have to be signed for upon delivery, so arrangements
should be made where appropriate.
