TERMS & CONDITIONS: Our Terms and
Conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance
with the Law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are
not affected by our terms and conditions.
CURRENCY CONVERSION: All prices throughout
this on-line catalogue are quoted in British Pounds Sterling,
with the US Dollar equivalent shown in parenthesis immediately
underneath. The exchange rate used currently is 1.56 US dollars
to each pound Sterling. This exchange rate is reviewed regularly
and any change deemed appropriate is implemented within a reasonable
time-limit. However, most of the Sterling prices shown have
remained static over the past two years, or more. All transactions
will be completed in pounds Sterling and will be converted at
your bank's prevailing exchange rate.
DELIVERY: We aim to despatch most items
promptly. However, as many of our products are bespoke and are
individually handmade by specialist Designers and Craftsmen,
delivery times will vary. All goods are subject to availability.
When goods are ready for despatch, delivery times are guaranteed
1 to 2 days for the UK, Western Europe 3 to 5 days, Rest of
the World 5 to 7 days. As all items are sent by 'Priority Mail',
typical delivery times will tend to be at the low end of the
guaranteed delivery times. For further enquiries, please use

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING: We use both
Domestic and International postal and carrier services under
contract, with the aim of providing delivery within a reasonable
time-frame and cost. Packages sent to addresses throughout the
UK are subject to P & P charges of £4.00, Western
Europe at £6.00, USA, Canada, Eastern Europe and the Rest
of the World are charged at £10.00. The decision whether
to send packages by postal or carrier services rests with the
Annabel Chaffer Collection. Apart from small packages
sent to addresses in the UK, all larger packages to UK addresses,
as well as all packages to any other destination in the World
have to be signed for upon delivery, so arrangements should
be made where appropriate.
CUSTOMS DUTY: Please note that any
additional charges for customs clearance, import duty or local
taxes, are to be borne by the recipient.
TRADE DESCRIPTION: Whilst every endeavour
has been taken to portray items as accurately as possible, most
of our products are individually handmade using natural materials,
so some variations will occur. All measurements are approximate
and are supplied where appropriate in Imperial and Metric sizes.

AMENDMENTS: We reserve the right to
amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, and to update our
prices at any time without notice. We also reserve the right
to change, alter or improve designs without prior notice.
RETURNS POLICY: A full refund, exchange
or credit, excluding postage and packaging charges, will be
given for items returned in their original packaging, unused
and in pristine, resaleable condition, within five working days
for UK addresses and within 14 days for other countries.
Please contact us by email (or in writing) should you have reason
to return any item and obtain from us in advance a Returns Authorisation
Number to quote when sending us back the relevant item. Failure
to comply with this procedure could render your Return invalid.
Because of the quality of the items and craftsmanship in their
making, experience to date is that Returns are very rare.
This Returns Policy does not apply to bespoke items, unless
there is reasonable cause.
We advise you to use registered or recorded post, as we cannot
accept responsibility for items until we have received them

CANCELLATION POLICY: You are protected
by the United Kingdom's Distant Selling Regulations. You may
instruct us to cancel your order at any time up to seven days
after the delivery date by email, fax, telephone or mail. However,
the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in
pristine resaleable condition. You will be issued with an Order
Cancellation Number to quote when sending the relevant item(s)
back to us. Failure to comply with this procedure could render
your Order Cancellation invalid. You are advised to use registered
post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items until we
have received them back. We cannot make refunds for items broken
or lost when being returned to us, so please ensure all wrapping

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: If you should
have a complaint for any reason, then please email us and let
us know the problem, so that we may endeavour to resolve the
issue as quickly as possible.

and without having to give any reason.
